Website privacy policy

This policy explains how the Eukarya Biosystems website handles personal data, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).

What the site collects

• Contact form: the site does not store what you write. When you click send, your name, email, institution, product and message go through Web3Forms, a service that delivers the message to Eukarya by email. If sending fails, the site prepares the message for you to send from your own email.
• Cookies: the site does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools.
• Fonts: the site's fonts come from Google Fonts. When downloading them, your browser shares your IP address with Google, as with any internet access.

How we use your data

We use the name, email and message you send us only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell or share this data for advertising.

Data in our products

When an institution uses a Eukarya product, it is the data controller and Eukarya acts as processor, under its own agreement, with hosting in Brazil and access logs.
