What managers usually ask

Do we need to replace the system we already use?

No. The products work alongside the medical record or the department's system. They read the data, show what is overdue and record the decision.

How do you access our data?

In the pilot, through an exported, pseudonymized report under a confidentiality agreement. Deeper access only later, with a data processing agreement under the LGPD.

What if the artificial intelligence gets it wrong?

Safety does not depend on AI. Important alerts follow fixed rules, written and approved by your team, with versioning and audit. A professional always makes the decision.

Where is the data stored?

In the cloud on servers in Brazil, with backups and role-based access.

How can a public agency contract with you?

Brazilian law provides ways to contract innovation, such as the public contract for innovative solutions in the Startup Legal Framework (Complementary Law 182/2021). We explain the options in the first conversation.

How much does it cost?

The pilot is agreed case by case. After that, billing is a monthly subscription based on size and the modules used.

Is the system a medical device under ANVISA?

The products support decisions and do not decide on their own. How each one fits ANVISA's software rule (RDC 657/2022) is confirmed before real use.
